Synthetic pineal tetrapeptide

Epithalon

Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly (AEDG), also called Epitalon

Experimental / not FDA-approved

A synthetic four-amino-acid peptide studied in cellular, animal, and limited clinical research involving pineal signaling, melatonin, aging biology, and telomere-related mechanisms.

EVIDENCE READOUT

Experimental / not FDA-approved

The literature is heterogeneous and includes in-vitro, animal, and older small clinical reports. It does not establish a broadly accepted anti-aging treatment, standardized injectable dose, or long-term safety profile.

BOUNDARY CHECK

CONTEXT REQUIRED

Laboratory content and purity results do not establish sterility, effectiveness, a safe route, or a human dosing schedule. Telomerase findings in cells should not be presented as proof of lifespan extension in people.

Reports may describe other strengths or blends. Match the labeled amount, composition, and exact lot to your vial. A report for another strength does not verify your vial. Each record identifies whether an exact lot was supplied.

VIAL REFERENCE

3 mL mixing math & dosing context

Every number is labeled by evidence level. The 3 mL reference calculates concentration and U-100 volume; it does not prove solvent compatibility, sterility, stability, or suitability for injection.

01 / MIXING REFERENCE

3.0 mL BAC-water workflow

  1. First confirm that bacteriostatic water and a 3.0 mL final volume are compatible with the exact product and vial capacity.
  2. Clean both vial stoppers with alcohol and allow them to dry.
  3. Add the 3.0 mL slowly down the inside wall instead of directing pressure onto the powder.
  4. Gently roll or swirl until dissolved; do not shake.
  5. Use product-specific refrigeration and discard guidance. If none exists, do not invent a beyond-use date.
NO ESTABLISHED HUMAN GUIDELINE

No standardized human dosing guideline

Published Epithalon research does not establish one accepted dose, injection schedule, cycle, or long-term safety standard for a third-party 10 mg vial.
